Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the Roco Agent website and related communications (the “Site”), operated by Rain Over Cloud, Inc. (“Roco,” “we”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. What the Site is for
The Site provides information about Roco’s AI growth engine services for healthcare practices and lets you contact us, request a demonstration, or begin onboarding. Information on the Site is general business information only — it is not legal, medical, financial, or compliance advice. Client engagements are governed by a separately signed service agreement; nothing on the Site or in chat creates a service engagement, partnership, or guarantee of results.
3. Automated systems
The Site does not run a chat assistant today. Where you do meet an automated system of ours — now or later — it will identify itself as such, it can make mistakes, and commercial terms are confirmed only in a signed agreement. You may ask for a person at any time.
4. Text messaging
Where you give us your mobile number on one of our booking, voucher or chat pages, you may tick a box — never pre-ticked, never required — to receive appointment- and voucher-related text messages from us. Consent is never a condition of purchase and the form goes through without it; reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time. Roco sends no marketing text messages. Section 6 of the Privacy Policy sets out the whole of it.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, software) are owned by Roco or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them except for your own evaluation of our services.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, to misrepresent your identity, or to interfere with the Site’s operation.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roco is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, and Roco’s total liability for claims relating to the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Liability under a signed service agreement is governed by that agreement, not these Terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted on the Site with its effective date.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
